目的了解医院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,评价抗菌药物使用的合理性,为合理用药和科学管理抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,调查2008年6～12月各科室住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计、分析。结果所有应用抗菌药物的病例均符合用药指征,但存在手术病例抗菌药物预防性用药选药档次过高、围手术期用药时间不当等不合理现象较为突出,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口平均术后预防用药时间太长,以药物用法、用量不当,应做而没有做病原学检查现象较为突出。结论加强抗菌药物合理应用相关培训学习,严格掌握用药原则,建立健全抗菌药物管理机构和制度是控制抗菌药物合理使用的关键。
Objective To understand the use of antimicrobials in hospitalized patients and to evaluate the rationality of antimicrobials, so as to provide basis for rational use of drugs and scientific management of antimicrobials. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to investigate the use of antimicrobials in inpatients in various departments from June to December in 2008 and to analyze and analyze the use of antimicrobial agents. Results All cases of antimicrobial agents were in accordance with the indications for use. However, there were some unreasonable phenomena such as the high grade of antimicrobial prophylaxis in operation cases and the improper perioperative medication time. The average postoperative prevention of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ incisions Medication time is too long, the use of drugs, the amount of inappropriate, should be done without the phenomenon of etiology is more prominent. Conclusion It is the key to control the rational use of antimicrobial agents to strengthen the training and learning of rational use of antimicrobial agents, to strictly grasp the principle of medication, and to establish and perfect the agency and system of antimicrobial agents.
