目的探讨孕早期血清可溶性内皮因子水平(sEng)对胎儿生长受限的预测价值。方法采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法(ELISA)检测60例FGR组孕妇及6 0例正常组孕妇孕11-14w血清sEng水平,应用受试者工作曲线(ROC曲线)及Youden指数评判sEng水平预测FGR的价值,并确定相应的最佳切割值。结果(1)正常组孕妇孕早期血清sEng水平为(34.26±2.20)ng/L,FGR组孕妇孕早期血清SEng水平为(37.38±2.33)ng/L,FGR组的sEng水平显著高于正常组水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)sEng预测FGR的ROC曲线下面积为0.851,根据最大Youden指数求的最佳切割值为35.31ng/L,以此切割值对FGR的敏感度为80%,特异度为87%。结论孕早期sEng水平对FGR有预测价值。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum soluble endoglin levels (sEng) in early pregnancy on fetal growth restriction. Methods Serum levels of sEng in pregnant women of 60 cases of FGR group and pregnant group of 14 cases of pregnant women were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The level of sEng was estimated by ROC curve and Youden index FGR value, and determine the corresponding optimal cutting value. Results The serum levels of sEng in pregnant women in the normal group were (34.26 ± 2.20) ng / L in the first trimester of pregnancy, while those in the FGR group were (37.38 ± 2.33) ng / L in the first trimester. The levels of sEng in the FGR group were significantly higher than those in the normal group Level, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) The area under the ROC curve of sEng predicted FGR was 0.851, the best cut value based on the maximum Youden index was 35.31ng / L, the sensitivity of cut value to FGR was 80% and the specificity was 87%. Conclusion The level of sEng in early pregnancy has predictive value for FGR.
