河北省承德山区在1958—1979年21年间,分别在兴隆、滦平、青龙等地发生了4次较大规模的滑坡泥石流,给当地生产和人民生活造成了相当严重的危害。尤其是1979年青龙县三拨子公社发生的泥石流,损失折款高达3,000多万元。本文根据4次调查资料,结合当地群众经验,对本区滑坡泥石流的形成与治理作一初探,供研究和防治工作参考。一、滑坡泥石流的形成本区滑坡泥石流的形成,不是地表径流严重侵蚀裸露坡面、沟道,促使大量松散土石等物质 Chengde Mountainous Area in Hebei Province During the period of 1958-1979, four large-scale landslide debris flows occurred in Xinglong, Luanping and Qinglong respectively, causing serious damage to local production and people’s livelihood.
