目的:考察温度对环磷酰胺与美司钠配伍后在5%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、果糖注射液及木糖醇注射液中的稳定性。方法:采用HPLC法测定按临床常规给药剂量配制的输液,于配置后24h内不同时间点的环磷酰胺含量,同时观察配伍溶液外观变化并测定其pH。结果:环磷酰胺与美司钠配伍在上述4种输液中,于5℃、25℃温度条件下,0~24 h含量、外观、pH均无明显改变。结论:环磷酰胺与美司钠配伍可与上述4种输液于5、25℃条件下配伍,0~24 h内稳定性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of cyclophosphamide and sodium cimetidine in 5% dextrose injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, fructose injection and xylitol injection. Methods: The contents of cyclophosphamide were determined by HPLC at different time points within 24 hours after the administration. The appearance of compatibility solution was observed and the pH was measured. Results: Compatibility of cyclophosphamide and mesna in the above four kinds of infusion, at 5 ℃, 25 ℃ temperature conditions, 0 ~ 24 h content, appearance, pH no significant change. Conclusion: The combination of cyclophosphamide and mesna can be compatible with the above four kinds of infusion at 5,25 ℃, and the stability within 0-24 h is good.
