为了保护周围环境不被污染,对在国民经济中广泛使用的各种化学物质,进行诱变括性的实验研究,具有重要的意义。氯乙醇是在油漆颜料、医药和造纸等工业上广泛应用的一种化合物,也应用于农业上的浸种和防治病虫害。考虑到氯乙醇的化学结构(OH_2Ol OH_2OH)及其高度的生物学活性,可以推测它对遗传结构有特异性的效应。对氯乙醇在非纯种大白鼠的骨髓细胞中的诱变效应进行了研究,用吸入和口服的方法,进行了长时间的慢性试验。
In order to protect the surrounding environment from being polluted, it is of great significance to carry out experimental research on the mutagenicity of various chemicals widely used in the national economy. Chloroethanol is a compound widely used in paint, medicine, papermaking and other industries. It is also used in agricultural soaking and pest control. Considering the chemical structure of chloroethanol (OH 2 OH OH 2 OH) and its high degree of biological activity, we can speculate that it has a specific effect on the genetic structure. The mutagenic effects of chloroethanol in bone marrow cells of non-purebred rats were studied, and long-term chronic tests were performed by inhalation and oral methods.
