目的分析高效液相色谱法测定维生素片中维生素A醋酸酯含量的不确定度来源和影响不确定度的因素,为简化评定方法和提高检测质量提供依据。方法根据检测过程,建立数学模型,分析影响不确定度因素的来源,通过对不确定度进行量化分析,得出扩展不确定度。结果由各不确定度分量评定结果可以看出,高效液相色谱法测定维生素片中维生素A醋酸酯含量的扩展不确定度为0.46 mg/100 g,平均含量为35.72mg/100 g,包含因子k=2。结论高效液相色谱法测定维生素片中维生素A醋酸酯含量的不确定度主要由标准溶液配制、重复测定和稀释标准溶液引入。因此在含量检测过程中,要控制各不确定因素,以提高检测准确性。
Objective To analyze the sources of uncertainty of the content of vitamin A acetate in vitamin tablets and the factors that affect the uncertainty of the determination of vitamin A acetate tablets in order to simplify the assessment methods and improve the quality of detection. Methods According to the testing process, a mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of the factors that affect the uncertainty. Through the quantitative analysis of the uncertainty, the extended uncertainty was obtained. Results The results of the evaluation of the components of uncertainty showed that the extended uncertainty of the determination of vitamin A acetate in vitamin tablets by HPLC was 0.46 mg / 100 g and the average content was 35.72 mg / 100 g, k = 2. Conclusion The determination of vitamin A acetate content in vitamin tablets by HPLC is mainly consisted of standard solution, repeated measurement and introduction of diluted standard solution. Therefore, in the content detection process, to control the uncertainties in order to improve the detection accuracy.
