在人工控制条件下,研究了低温(9℃和11℃)对不同小麦品种的花粉发育阶段(四分孢子至开花)的影响。1、在低温下,不同小麦品种的花粉发育速度存在着显著差异。在9℃下最快与最慢品种相差8天。2、有些品种的花粉发育速度对温度反应较敏感,当温度有微小变化时,其开花期显著提早或推迟。有些品种则不很敏感,当温度改变时,对开花期的影响则较小。3、不同小麦品种在花粉发育阶段耐低温的能力不同。有些品种耐低温力强,结实率较高;有些品种耐低温力弱,结实率低。本文对长江中、下游地区早熟小麦品种的发育模式和选择问题进行了讨论。
Under artificial control conditions, the effects of low temperature (9 ℃ and 11 ℃) on pollen development stage (tetradospore to flowering) of different wheat cultivars were studied. At low temperature, the pollen developmental speed of different wheat varieties had significant differences.
