This model places the company under a tremendous financial burden and can only result in slow growth. Now, a new business model, franchising, is coming to us from abroad, so there is an additional option for businesses looking to achieve low-cost expansion quickly. What is franchising? The International Franchise Association explains that franchising is a contractual relationship between franchisees and franchisees. Under the contract, the franchisor provides the franchisee with a unique franchise for business operations and gives guidance and assistance in personnel training, organizational structure, operation and management, procurement of goods and the like; and the franchisees are unified with the franchisor
