近些年来,在我国计划经济体制中,长期实行财务管理的体系并不能够对我国当前市场经济体制的快速发展很好的适应,这一个财务管理的模式也对我国的医院财务管理进行了严重的束缚,特别是在金融危机这一个背景下面,世界上很多主要的国家经济发展都一直面临很多困境,在短时期之内并不能够得到很好的缓解,作为地球村中一个成员大国,中国的经济发展也受到了一定的影响,我国经济发展受到阻碍这一个情况对于正在面临着市场竞争的医院来说,等同于雪上加霜,因为我们已经清楚了医院财政困难这一个现状,国家出台了一些政策,为我国医院在财务管理工作中进行改革和创新提供了一个支持,本文中,笔者就对创新理念在医院财务管理中的应用进行浅谈和分析。
