提出了含磨屑油润滑时,线接触滑动摩擦副咬死失效理论模型;该模型是基于接触区最高温度达到材料的熔焊温度引起接触区局部熔焊而发生咬死失效观点建立的。并从理论上计算了含不同尺寸磨屑润滑油润滑时咬死极限载荷在 M H K500 型环块式磨损试验机上,通过对含不同尺寸磨屑润滑油润滑的滑动摩擦副咬死极限载荷的对比试验,部分验证了本文所提出的咬死失效理论模型的正确性;在此基础上,提出了预防咬死发生的措施。
The theoretical model of the failure of the wire contact sliding friction pair to seize was presented.
