目的评价低场MRIFIASHT1WI、STIR、SET1WI、TSET2WI四种序列成像对脊柱转移性肿瘤的检出率。方法经病理证实的35例脊柱转移性肿瘤,采用低场MRIFIASHT1WI、SET1WI、TSET2WI、STIR序列成像作分析评价。结果FIASHT1WI对脊柱转移性骨肿瘤检出敏感性97.7%(168/172),特异性44.4%(8/18),总符合率91.7%(176/192);STIR检出敏感性90.5%(153/169),特异性60.8%(14/23),总符合率87%(167/192);SET1WI检出敏感性88.6%(140/158),特异性41.2%(14/34),总符合率80.2%(154/192);TSET2WI检出敏感性82.3%(130/158),特异性41.7%(15/36),总符合率75.5%(145/192)。结论低场MRIFIASHT1WI对脊柱转移性肿瘤检出率敏感性、总符合率较高,可作诊断该病的首选序列,但特异性有限。
Objective To evaluate the detection rate of spinal metastatic tumors by MRIFIASHT1WI, STIR, SET1WI and TSET2WI in low field. Methods Totally 35 cases of metastatic spinal tumors confirmed by pathology were analyzed by low field MRIFIASH T1WI, SET1WI, TSET2WI and STIR sequence imaging. Results The sensitivity of FIASHT1WI was 97.7% (168/172), specificity was 44.4% (8/18), and the total coincidence rate was 91.7% (176/192). The STIR detection sensitivity was 90.5% (153 / 169), the specificity was 60.8% (14/23), and the total coincidence rate was 87% (167/192). The detection sensitivity of SET1WI was 88.6% (140/158) and specificity was 41.2% (14/34) The sensitivity of TSET2WI was 82.3% (130/158), specificity was 41.7% (15/36), and the total coincidence rate was 75.5% (145/192). Conclusion MRIFIASHT1WI low sensitivity to the detection rate of spinal metastatic tumors, the total coincidence rate is high, can be used for the diagnosis of the disease preferred sequence, but the specificity is limited.
