大車結构包括主大梁(140吨)、輔大梁(30吨)、主端梁、輔端梁及平衡梁,其中最主要的是主大梁,工艺也較为复杂。主大梁之间用主輔端梁联結,輔大梁由主端梁与主大梁相接成为上下两层楼的形式。小車同样有主小車(140吨)及輔小車(30吨),主小車在主大梁上的軌道上縱向行走,輔小車沿輔大梁行走。当主小車吊起鉄水包时,輔小車的鈎子并不发生作用,而当澆注时,輔小車即起升,使鉄水包傾斜进行澆注。
