在新形势下,教师的教学内容和行为方式将会发生巨大的变化,必须要完成从单纯传授知识技能向通过教育开发人的潜能、实现以人的发展为目标的“角色转变”。教师角色的转变集中地体现了教育改革的理念和实践。一、由重传授向重发展的转变当前,学生的学习方式正由传统的接受式学习向探究式学习转变,这就要求教师必须从单纯的传授知识的角色向学生发展的促进者转变,教师要用更大的适应性和灵活性来面对自己的本职工作,面对新时期的挑战。
Under the new situation, the teaching content and behavior of teachers will undergo tremendous changes. They must complete the transformation of their role from simply imparting knowledge and skills to developing their potential through education so as to achieve their goal of development. The transformation of teachers’ roles has concentrated on the concept and practice of education reform. I. Change from Retransmission to Redevelopment At present, students’ learning styles are changing from traditional receptive learning to inquiry learning, which requires that teachers must change from the simple role of imparting knowledge to the promoters of student development. The teachers We must face ourselves with our own work with greater adaptability and flexibility to face the challenges of the new era.
