针对YBCO(Y-Ba2-Cu3-O7-x)高温超导材料的特性,设计适用于万安级高温超导电流引线的新型高温超导段结构。温端的设计温度为65K,冷端设计温度为5K,在此冷却条件下需要临界电流大于10k A,满足正常工作时的强度要求,漏热不大于3W,不烧毁时间不低于7s。该高温超导段采用双层套筒结构形式,YBCO带材单层平铺在内外筒,以保证结构紧凑性,降低冷却难度,并达到万安级载电流能力。
According to the characteristics of YBCO (Y-Ba2-Cu3-O7-x) high-temperature superconducting materials, a new high-temperature superconducting section structure suitable for high-temperature superconducting current leads of 10,000Amperes is designed.
