Objective To study the indicators of early renal injury in workers exposed to toluene, benzene and xylene. Methods A total of 1089 workers exposed to toluene, benzene and xylene were measured for blood routine. Serum levels of cystatin C (CysC), urinary leucine aminopeptidase (ULAP) and urine β2 microglobulin β2MG), and compared with 80 healthy control group. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between the A group and the control group (P> 0.01), ULAP (20.6 ± 10.5) U / L and β2MG (0.52 ± 0.28) mg / L and CysC ) mg / L increased to some extent compared with the normal group. The statistical analysis of ULAP, β2MG and CysC had statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Long-term exposure to toluene, benzene and xylene can cause kidney damage. Β2MG, CysC and ULAP are all sensitive indicators for early detection, and are of concern.
