目的评价江苏省实施预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划以来血吸虫病防治健康教育的做法与效果。方法针对不同人群制作和发放实物类、印刷类和声像类健康教育材料,并开展相关的血防健康教育活动,采用现场问卷方法,随机抽查测试五年级1个班学生和整群抽查沿江30～50户居民,统计血防知识知晓率和行为判断正确率,评估健康教育效果。结果2004～2007年全省共举办培训班2287期,培训人员111273人次,开展血防健康教育活动7.77万次,制作和发放血防健康教育宣传材料456.97万件,累计受血防教育4226.40万人次。2007年调查17个县34所学校学生1395人,平均得分为84.59分,知晓率为93.05%,行为判断正确率为86.09%;调查10个县15个沿江村居民468人,血防知识平均得分为81.79分,知晓率为89.10%,行为判断正确率为57.91%,居民血防行为正确率普遍较低。结论江苏省血防健康教育培训到位、材料丰富,形式多样、覆盖面广,促进沿江居民血防正确行为的形成是提高血防健康教育水平的工作重点。
Objective To evaluate the practices and effects of health education on prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Jiangsu Province after implementing medium and long-term planning for prevention and control of schistosomiasis. Methods According to different groups of people making and distributing physical education, printing and audiovisual health education materials, and carrying out relevant blood health education activities, using the method of on-the-spot questionnaire, randomly selected one grade five students and one group of random sampling along the river 30 ~ 50 households, statistical knowledge of blood-borne awareness and behavior to determine the correct rate of assessment of health education effectiveness. Results A total of 2287 training courses were held in the province from 2004 to 2007, with 117,273 trainers and 77,700 blood health education activities. A total of 4,569,700 publicity materials on blood-health education were produced and distributed, and a total of 42.264 million blood-proof education was provided. In 2007, 1,395 students from 34 schools in 17 counties were surveyed, with an average score of 84.59, a rate of 93.05% and a correct rate of 86.09%. 468 residents of 15 villages in 10 counties were investigated. The average score of knowledge of bloodstroke was 81.79 points, awareness rate was 89.10%, behavior judgment accuracy rate was 57.91%, residents generally low rate of correct blood-armor behavior. Conclusions Jiangsu Provincial Health Education for Blood-Resistant Health Education is in place, with rich materials, diverse forms and wide coverage. It is the focus of work to promote the health education of blood-resisting diseases to promote the formation of proper blood-defensive actions of residents along the Yangtze River.
