建立现代企业制度是目前企业经营机制转换的一个热点。对现代企业制度的特征、优势、意义和形式等问题进行了初步分析研究，认为建立现代企业制度是国有企业改革的方向。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is currently a hotspot in the transformation of enterprise operating mechanisms. A preliminary analysis of the characteristics, advantages, meanings, and forms of modern enterprise systems was conducted. It is believed that the establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of state-owned enterprise reform.
