目的:采用条码扫描软件对血液成分制备各步骤的血袋条码标识进行监控,检查血液成分制备过程条码标识的一致性,以保证血液在制备过程中标识同源及可追溯。方法:条码扫描软件自动判读比较同一套血液成分制备套材各子袋条码标识(ISBT128码)是否一致。结果:共监控检查投料制备的血液成分100 782人份,发现血液标识条码不一致3例,都及时予以纠正,杜绝了恶性血液安全事故的发生。结论:采用软件监控血液成分制备过程,不但能够及时发现标识错误,而且检查效率及准确性比肉眼判读大幅提高,对杜绝严重血液安全事故,提升血液安全保障水平,具有显著效果。
OBJECTIVE: Barcode scanning software is used to monitor the blood bag barcode labels of each step of blood component preparation to check the consistency of barcode labels in the process of preparing blood components, so as to ensure that the blood can be labeled with homology and traceability during preparation. Methods: bar code scanning software automatically read and compare the same set of blood composition of each sub-bag bar code label (ISBT128 yards) are the same. Results: A total of 100 782 blood samples were prepared and monitored. Three cases of inconsistent blood-marking barcodes were found, which were promptly corrected to prevent the occurrence of malignant blood safety accidents. CONCLUSION: The monitoring of blood components by software not only can detect the wrong labeling in time, but also greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of examination compared with the naked eye. It has a significant effect on preventing serious blood safety accidents and improving blood safety level.
