本文通过对山东省农村居民的住院卫生服务利用调查和分析，反映了农村居民住院卫生服务利用情况。结果表明在经济发展水平高的地区农村居民在县及县以上级医疗机构的住院率高于乡镇级；经济水平中等和低的地区农村居民在县及县以上级医疗机构的住院率低于在乡镇级医疗机构的住院率。性别、年龄、文化程度、职业及保健制度对在村居民住院卫生服务的利用有影响。
This paper, through the investigation and analysis of the utilization of inpatient health service of rural residents in Shandong province, reflects the utilization of hospitalized health services for rural residents. The results show that the rate of hospitalization of rural residents in medical institutions at the county level and above is higher than that of the township level in the regions with high economic development; the hospitalization rate of rural residents in medical institutions at the county level and above is lower than that in rural areas with moderate and low economic levels. The hospitalization rate of township medical institutions. Gender, age, education level, occupation and health care system have an impact on the use of hospitalized health services in village residents.
