目的研究铅衣对正电子发射断层显像(PET)/CT中心放射性药物18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDGγ射线是否具有屏蔽效果,以探讨护士在工作中的辐射防护措施。方法对2010年6月-2011年12月PET/CT中心1 442例受检者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,经计算平均注射量为10.05 mCi,最大注射量为14.7 mCi,测量在距15 mCi18F-FDG 1~5 m内有无铅衣屏蔽时空气的当量剂量率。结果在距离放射源1~5 m范围内,无铅衣屏蔽时空气的剂量当量率范围4.23~77.96μSV/h,有铅衣屏蔽时空气的剂量当量率范围3.49~54.24μSV/h,两者间差异无统计学意义(t=1.64,P>0.05)。结论铅衣对18F-FDGγ射线的空气当量剂量率无屏蔽作用,护士应从各个方面加强辐射防护,使受照射剂量降到合理的水平,避免电离辐射损伤。
Objective To study whether the 18F-FDG (18F-FDGγ-ray) positron emission tomography (PET) / CT center radiofrequency has a shielding effect on the radiation protection of nurses in the work.Methods To evaluate the safety of lead- The clinical data of 1 442 subjects in PET / CT center from December 2011 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The average injection volume was 10.05 mCi and the maximum injection volume was 14.7 mCi. The average injection volume was 15 mCi 18 F-FDG 1 to 5 m, the equivalent dose rate of air when unleaded clothes was shielded.Results In the range of 1 ~ 5 m away from the radioactive sources, the dose equivalent rate range of the unleaded clothing was 4.23 ~ 77.96μSV / h, Dose range of 3.49 ~ 54.24μSV / h, the difference was not statistically significant (t = 1.64, P> 0.05) .Conclusion The lead clothing has no shielding effect on the air dose rate of 18F-FDGγ ray, In terms of strengthening radiation protection, the radiation dose should be reduced to a reasonable level to avoid ionizing radiation damage.
