Minfa Securities Company of Fujian Province: The Report on Capital Increase, Restructuring and Related Work submitted by your company (Minfa [1999] No. 131) and related materials were received. Approved, are hereby approved as follows: First, agree to your company’s capital increase program. It is agreed that the registered capital of your company will increase from RMB10.919 million to RMB800 million. The net assets of the company will be RMB327.57 million, which will be shared by the former shareholders based on the capital contribution. The remaining capital of RMB472.43 million will be contributed by the capital contribution unit in monetary terms. Second, the shares of the following companies agreed to the eligibility and funding: 1, China Electronics Corporation of 120 million yuan 2, China Hing Fat Group Co., Ltd. 80 million yuan
