抗体依赖性感染增强作用(antibody-dependent enhancement,ADE)在登革病毒的致病机制中发挥重要作用。在存在亚中和浓度抗体的条件下,登革病毒可通过Fc受体或补体受体等途径进入靶细胞,进而导致ADE的发生。ADE的发生受病毒和宿主一系列复杂因素的调节,直接影响患者的临床表现和病情进展,对其作用机制的研究有助于加深对登革出血热发病机制的认识,对登革热疫苗以及治疗性抗体的研发具有重要意义。本文综述了登革病毒ADE的研究进展。
Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of dengue virus. In the presence of sub-neutralizing antibodies, dengue virus can enter target cells via Fc receptor or complement receptor pathway, leading to ADE. The occurrence of ADE is regulated by a series of complex factors of virus and host, which directly affects the clinical manifestations and progression of patients. The study of its mechanism of action will help to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of dengue fever, The development of antibodies is of great importance. This article reviews the research progress of ADE in dengue virus.
