[目的]通过比较8种除草剂对烟株生长的影响,筛选出除草剂二氯喹啉酸的替代品种。[方法]利用盆栽技术,将50%二氯喹啉酸WP、60%丁草胺EC、50%乙草胺EC、25 g/L五氟磺草胺OD、35%苄·丁WP、53%苄嘧·苯噻酰WP、30%苄·二氯WP、330 g/L二甲戊灵EC 8种稻田除草剂均按照最大推荐剂量、最大推荐剂量的50%、25%、10%、5%、1%、清水对照7个处理进行拌土施药处理,并测定其对烟草生长的影响。[结果]所有供试除草剂对烟株的生长抑制作用均小于二氯喹啉酸,其中25 g/L五氟磺草胺OD、53%苄嘧·苯噻酰WP、35%苄·丁WP、30%苄·二氯WP、330 g/L二甲戊灵EC对烟草的药害临界值分别为8.00×10-3、7.50×10-2、2.23、2.55×10-2、5.60×10-3mg a.i./kg。[结论]该5种除草剂将可作为稻烟轮作区二氯喹啉酸的替代品种。
[Objective] By comparing the effects of 8 kinds of herbicides on the growth of tobacco plants, we screened out alternatives to the herbicide quinclorac. [Method] 50% quinclorac WP, 60% butachlor EC, 50% acetochlor EC, 25 g / L pentosuronium OD, 35% Benzimirbendazole WP, 30% Benzyl dichloride WP, 330 g / L pendimethalin EC 8 kinds of rice field herbicides were in accordance with the maximum recommended dose, the maximum recommended dose of 50%, 25%, 10%, 5 %, 1%, 7 treatments of fresh water and mixed with soil, and their effects on tobacco growth were measured. [Result] All the tested herbicides had less inhibitory effects on the tobacco plants than quinclorac, in which 25 g / L of penoxsulam OD, 53% of bensulfuron-WP, 35% of benzyl-WP , 30% benzyl dichloride WP and 330 g / L pendimethalin EC were 8.00 × 10-3, 7.50 × 10-2, 2.23, 2.55 × 10-2 and 5.60 × 10 respectively -3 mg ai / kg. [Conclusion] The five kinds of herbicides could be used as alternative rice varieties for quinclorac.
