目的探究双能量减影(DES)和计算机辅助技术(CAD)在数字化X射线摄影系统(DR)胸片筛查肺结节工作中的应用价值。方法 42例经CT检查证实肺内伴有小结节的患者为本次研究对象,予以DES和CAD诊断,并与常规DR胸片阅读结果相比较,评估DES和CAD辅助诊断肺结节的临床意义。结果 CAD系统联合DES系统检出小结节的个数(个:46 VS 35)高于常规DR胸片检出结果 ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在DR胸片筛查肺结节工作中,应用DES和CAD诊断对提高肺结节的检出率具有十分重要的应用价值,属于常规DR的有效补充,临床上应引起足够重视。
Objective To explore the value of dual energy subtraction (DES) and computer aided techniques (CAD) in the screening of lung nodules by digital radiography (DR) chest radiography. Methods Forty-two patients with pulmonary nodules confirmed by CT examination were diagnosed by DES and CAD and compared with the results of conventional DR chest radiographs to evaluate the clinical value of DES and CAD in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules significance. Results The number of small nodules (46 VS 35) detected by CAD system combined with DES system was higher than that of conventional DR chest radiography. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules by DR chest radiography, the application of DES and CAD diagnosis is of great value in increasing the detection rate of pulmonary nodules. It is an effective supplement for routine DR and should be paid enough attention in clinic.
