目的研究蚊子草[Filipendula palmate(Pall)Maxim]的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了6个已知化合物,分别是芹菜素(1)、山柰酚(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和胡萝卜苷(6)。结论化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Filipendula palmate (Pall) Maxim. Methods A variety of column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results Six known compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin (1), kaempferol (2), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (3) O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), β-sitosterol (5) and daucosterol (6). Conclusion Compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 to 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
