我2000年进入金山,做界面设计。雷总担任CEO期间,我从首席设计师,做到设计、内容总监,工作内容也从设计到运营再到管理。对我来说,雷总亦师亦友,很多人都知道雷总是我在金山10年的老板,后来我又跟着他出来一起创办了小米。雷总对我帮助最大的是他在金山时期办的干训班,在2001到2004年的3年里让我获益很大,管理整个体系的方法论就此成型。那时候雷总会讲,管自己要以身作则,管团队要将心比心,带业务要身先士卒。
I entered Jinshan in 2000, doing interface design. During his tenure as CEO, I worked as a design and content director from the chief designer, and also from design to operations to management. For me, General Ray also instructed friends, many people know that Ray is always my boss in Jinshan 10 years later, and later I followed him out with the founder of millet. What Ray always helped me most was his training course during the Jinshan period, which benefited me greatly in the three years from 2001 to 2004 and formed a methodology for managing the whole system. At that time, Ray always said that he should set an example by himself and his team should take heart and bring business first.
