我2000年进入金山,做界面设计。雷总担任CEO期间,我从首席设计师,做到设计、内容总监,工作内容也从设计到运营再到管理。对我来说,雷总亦师亦友,很多人都知道雷总是我在金山10年的老板,后来我又跟着他出来一起创办了小米。雷总对我帮助最大的是他在金山时期办的干训班,在2001到2004年的3年里让我获益很大,管理整个体系的方法论就此成型。那时候雷总会讲,管自己要以身作则,管团队要将心比心,带业务要身先士卒。 I entered Jinshan in 2000, doing interface design.
