近来,我国珠三角地区的企业出现了大量转移的现象,尤其以广东东莞最为突出,相当一部分台资和港资企业纷纷撤离东莞,从而引起大批工人失业,对当地经济的发展也产生了很大影响。这也预示着我国产业分布梯度与升级的时机可能正在到来。未来一段时间,东部沿海制造业聚集地应该积极引导企业的优化升级,而作为产业转移承接地的中西部地区应该抓住有利时机,吸引更多企业进入。 Recently, a large number of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region have been shifting their business. In particular, most of them are located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. A considerable part of Taiwan-funded and Hong Kong-funded enterprises have evacuated Dongguan in succession, causing a large number of workers to lose their jobs and a great deal of economic development influences. This also indicates that the timing of the gradient and upgrading of China’s industrial distribution may be coming. In the coming period, the manufacturing agglomerations in the eastern coastal areas should actively guide the optimization and upgrading of enterprises. The central and western regions that undertake the transfer of industries should seize the favorable opportunity to attract more enterprises to enter.
