我国食品工业经过八十年代中的大发展,技术装备得到提高,新资源、新材料等被广泛开发利用,严品结构得到初步调整,许多行业取得了根本性的变化。特别是进入九十年代后,食品市场的供应日见丰富,适销对路产品增多,新技术、新门类、新包装、新品种的开发进展迅速,这些都显示出我国食品工业已在整体经济效应上开始显示出后劲。并进入求调整,求效益的稳步发展阶段。 但是,我国食品工业毕竟是一个有着二十四个行业的工业体系,目前发展还不平衡,在体制改革、行业管理生产标准、质量卫生等方面还存在很多问题,此外如何针对改革开放和经济发展以及人民生活水平不断提高的新形势,使食品工业得到更好、更快的发展,都是人们关注的问题。 为此,中国食品工业协会最近在北京召开了会议,会上,辽宁省食品工业协会秘书长刘福俊同志的发言对上述问题阐述了自己的见解,引起了较大的反响,在此,我们把他的发言摘编了一部份并刊登出来,以飧读者。
