“反”(形容词)是颠倒的意思;“思”(动词)是指想。那么,“反思”顾名思义就是回过头来思考,也就是对一件事、一节课或一段时间的学习、工作的一种回顾总结,从中找出成功与不足。“反思”用于学习意义更大。“反思”可分为:自我反思、经常反思、目的反思、重点反思、过程反思、结果反思等。不论哪类反思,它都将对过去的认知产生再现,达到去其糟粕、去伪存真、取其精华,总结规律,降低了遗忘曲线的下滑值,从而使人们由短时记忆转向长时记忆,促进了对所学知识巩固运用能力提高。
