在理论分析及模拟计算的基础上 ,根据胜利石油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置提升管反应器的实际情况 ,选定轻污油及直馏汽油作为终止剂进行了工业试验。试验结果表明 ,将轻污油和直馏汽油作为终止剂时 ,其轻质油收率分别提高了 1.30 %和 0 .95 %。在焦炭产率略有下降的情况下 ,干气产率大幅度降低 ,而液化气产率明显增加。注终止剂前后轻柴油的性质变化不大 ,而注入两种终止剂后 ,汽油的马达法辛烷值从 79.5分别提高到 80 .1和 80 .4,而研究法辛烷值略有降低
Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation calculation, according to the actual situation of the riser reactor of Shengli Petrochemical Complex, the light oil and straight-run gasoline were selected as the industrial test. The test results show that light oil and straight-run gasoline as a stop agent, the light oil yield increased by 1.30% and 0.95%. In the case of a slight decrease in coke yield, the dry gas production rate is significantly reduced while the liquefied gas production rate is significantly increased. Note that the properties of light diesel oil before and after the stoppers did not change much, but after the injection of the two stoppers, the motor octane number of gasoline increased from 79.5 to 80.1 and 80.4 respectively, while the research octane number decreased slightly
