为研究大倾角工作面液压支架稳定性的影响因素,采用理论分析的方法建立大倾角工作面支架横向、纵向稳定性力学模型,通过平衡方程的求解,得出了影响支架稳定性的主要因素:支架质量、底座与煤层的摩擦因数、支架工作阻力、底座宽度、四连杆参数、顶梁平衡载荷区。并在石槽村矿11201工作面进行了支架稳定性分析,得出了支架稳定性临界条件:下滑临界角26°~42°,倾倒临界角31°~50°,顶梁平衡载荷区270 mm,并从采煤工艺和支架设计方面提出了支架稳定性控制措施。
In order to study the influencing factors on the stability of hydraulic supports in steep working face, theoretical and analytical methods are used to establish the mechanical model for stability of steep working face in longwall face. Through the solution of the equilibrium equation, the main factors affecting the stability of the support are obtained: The quality of the support, the friction coefficient between the base and the coal seam, the working resistance of the support, the width of the base, the parameters of the four-bar linkage and the equilibrium load zone of the roof beam. And the stability of the support was analyzed in 11201 working face of Shitoucun Mine. The critical stability conditions of the support were obtained: the critical angle of descent was 26 ° -42 °, the critical angle of descent was 31 ° -50 °, and the equilibrium load zone of roof beam was 270 mm , And proposed control measures for stability of support from the aspects of coal mining technology and support design.
