采用高能球磨结合机械搅拌的方法制备了纳米SiCp增强AZ91D镁基复合材料。结果表明,加入纳米SiCp能明显细化晶粒,且纳米SiCp均匀分布于合金中。当加入1.5%的纳米SiCp时,合金晶粒细化效果最佳,屈服强度、伸长率、硬度及弯曲强度较AZ91D镁合金分别提高了45.9%、63.4%、24.3%和6.3%。进一步提高纳米SiCp含量,晶粒细化效果降低,力学性能下降。
Nanometer SiCp reinforced AZ91D magnesium matrix composites were prepared by high energy ball milling combined with mechanical stirring. The results show that the addition of nano-SiCp can obviously refine the grains, and nano-SiCp uniformly distributed in the alloy. When adding 1.5% nano SiCp, the grain refinement effect of the alloy is the best, yield strength, elongation, hardness and flexural strength are increased by 45.9%, 63.4%, 24.3% and 6.3% respectively compared with the AZ91D magnesium alloy. Further improve the nano SiCp content, grain refinement effect decreased, mechanical properties decreased.
