建立以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)为络合剂,TritonX-100为萃取剂的浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法(CPE-FAAS)测定苦荞茶中痕量铜的方法。探讨了体系的pH、络合剂用量、萃取剂用量、平衡时间、平衡温度、饱和氯化钠用量及共存离子对萃取效率的影响。在最佳条件下,方法线性范围为133~250μg.L-1,检出限为1.59μg.L-1(n=11),相对标准偏差为3.6%(n=11),回收率在95.00%~97.10%之间。方法简单、安全、快捷、灵敏、高效,适于苦荞茶中的痕量铜的含量测定。
A method for the determination of trace copper in Tartary Buckwheat Tea by the method of cloud point extraction - flame atomic absorption spectrometry (CPE-FAAS) with diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) as complexing agent and TritonX-100 as extractant was established. The effects of system pH, complexing agent dosage, extractant dosage, equilibration time, equilibrium temperature, saturated sodium chloride dosage and coexisting ions on the extraction efficiency were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of the method was 133-250μg.L-1, the detection limit was 1.59μg.L-1 (n = 11), the relative standard deviation was 3.6% (n = 11) % ~ 97.10% between. The method is simple, safe, rapid, sensitive and efficient and suitable for the determination of trace copper in bitter buckwheat tea.
