为研究中国城镇化与用水结构的动态关系,选用2004~2013年中国省域空间面板数据,研究了中国城镇化与用水结构之间库兹涅茨曲线的存在性。研究结果表明:农业用水比重及用水强度呈现倒N型曲线,且大多数省区处在下降前的爬坡阶段;工业用水比重与生活用水比重属于N型曲线,且大多数省区处在上升前的下坡阶段。总体来看,工业化与城镇化带来的工业用水比重及生活用水比重上升所带来的压力,要大于农业用水比重下降而带来的用水缓解。应对城镇化背景下的用水问题,需要调整产业结构、推动技术创新、经营方式创新,同时需要制定协同联动的区域用水、治水机制。
To study the dynamic relationship between urbanization and water use structure in China, the data of China’s provincial space panels from 2004 to 2013 were selected to study the existence of Kuznets curve between urbanization and water use structure in China. The results show that: the proportion of agricultural water and water intensity showed inverted N curve, and most of the provinces in the climbing stage before descending; industrial water and domestic water than the proportion of domestic N-type curve, and most provinces are on the rise Before the downhill stage. In general, the pressure brought by the increase of the proportion of industrial water and industrial water brought by industrialization and urbanization is greater than that of the decrease of the proportion of agricultural water. In response to the issue of water use in the context of urbanization, we need to adjust the industrial structure, promote technological innovation and innovate management modes. At the same time, we need to formulate regional and flood control mechanisms that work in conjunction with each other.
