Zixing is located in the southeastern part of Hunan Province, with obvious advantages of location, convenient transportation and rich resources. It is also known as “Water Town, Electric City, Coal Capital, Linhai, Gene Bank and Amusement Park” District in one of the emerging industrial and tourist cities. In recent years, our city adhere to the principle of “combining prevention with control, tackling both the symptoms and the root causes”, based on the market conditions, continuously improve the safety supervision system, strengthen the responsibility of safety production and deepen the special rectification of safety. The safety production conditions in the city have been significantly improved.
