通过焊条药皮向1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢焊缝中过渡稀土,用高温电化学方法研究了稀土对焊缝耐内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:采用适量的焊条药皮配方和焊接工艺可使稀土元素过渡到焊缝金属中,适量稀土元素改变了不锈钢焊接接头阳极极化曲线的极化率,从而改善了不锈钢材料焊接接头的耐蚀性
