近年来,由于大型医院的扩张、社会保障体系的不完善、医务人员的综合素质下滑、社会舆论的负面影响以及人们维权意识的增强,医疗纠纷呈逐年增长趋势,恶性事件屡有发生。因此,要深化公立医院改革,完善社会保障体系,通过培训提高医务人员的业务能力和人文素养以及呼吁媒体的客观报道等措施,减少医疗纠纷的发生,构建和谐的医患关系。
In recent years, due to the expansion of large hospitals, imperfect social security system, the overall quality of medical personnel declined, the negative impact of public opinion and people’s awareness of rights protection, medical disputes showed a trend of increasing year by year, and vicious incidents occurred frequently. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the reform of public hospitals, improve the social security system, improve the professional ability and humanistic accomplishment of medical personnel through training, and call for media coverage objectively to reduce the incidence of medical disputes and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
