20CrMnSiNi2A钢系80年代研制的低碳马氏体高强度结构钢。用此钢制造履带诱导齿圈和履带板等零件,经常规热处理工艺处理后塑性指标往往达不到技术要求。通过预热处理,与原热处理工艺比较,在保持同等高强度的前提下,δ、ψ提高约40%,αK提高约15%,从而确保了20CrMnSiNi2A钢最佳强韧性配合。
20CrMnSiNi2A steel 80s developed low-carbon martensitic high-strength structural steel. Made with this steel track-induced gear ring and track shoes and other parts, after conventional heat treatment process plastic indicators often fail to meet technical requirements. Preheating treatment, compared with the original heat treatment, while maintaining the same high strength, δ, ψ increased by about 40%, αK increased by about 15%, so as to ensure the best 20CrMnSiNi2A steel toughness fit.
