以工业用太阳能热水系统作为研究对象,建立各设备动态模型,结合工业用热水的特点提出合理的控制策略,运用动态仿真的方法,探讨和分析影响系统运行的因素。仿真结果揭示预热水箱体积、水箱设定温度、供水流量以及系统补水流量等对系统运行稳定性和快速性的影响,该仿真结果对系统的选择以及控制策略优化提供了定量依据。
Taking industrial solar hot water system as the research object, the dynamic model of each equipment is established. Based on the characteristics of industrial hot water, a reasonable control strategy is proposed, and the dynamic simulation method is used to explore and analyze the factors that affect the operation of the system. The simulation results reveal the influence of the preheating tank volume, the setting temperature of the water tank, the flow rate of the water supply and the recharging flow rate of the system on the operation stability and rapidity of the system. The simulation results provide a quantitative basis for the selection of the system and the optimization of the control strategy.
