本文分析了沥青品种、稠度、硫化胶品种、细度、含量、化学活化剂用量和揽拌温度、时间对沥青—橡胶性能的影响,提出了沥青—橡胶结合料的最佳配合条件和制备工艺。通过工程实践验证了采用上述材料铺筑的应力吸收薄膜层具有良好的防裂性能。沥青—橡胶(Aspealt-Rubber)是以沥青作为橡胶分散剂而制得的一种新型结合料,该材料具有较高的弹性性能和低的模量值,故所铺筑的路面应力吸收薄膜层防裂性能良好。它是由高剂量的废旧硫化橡胶粉和沥青在一定温度下,通过搅拌使沥青中一些芳香族油分被橡胶吸收,橡胶颗粒膨胀,继而发生变态和反应而制成的。因此沥青—橡胶材料的性能与沥青、橡胶和制备工艺有关。为此我们考察了沥青品种、稠度、硫化胶品种、细度、含量及化学活化剂用量、搅拌温度、时间七个因素对沥青—橡胶性能的影响。
