人力资源管理,是指组织为实现其一定时期的战略目标而对其人力资源实行科学合理的更新、配置、使用、开发和激励的一系列管理过程。本文通过分析人力资源的特点性质近一步提出了我国中小企业的特点,包括中小企业在经营规模,企业发展战略决策等方面的特点。并在前面分析的基础上提出了中小企业管理的3P模式,希望对我国中小企业的人力资源管理有所裨益。
Human resource management refers to a series of management processes in which an organization carries out scientific and rational updating, configuration, use, development and encouragement of its human resources in order to achieve its strategic objectives for a certain period of time. By analyzing the characteristics of human resources, this paper proposed the characteristics of SMEs in our country step by step, including the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in terms of operation scale and strategic decision-making of enterprises. And on the basis of the previous analysis, it puts forward the 3P model of SME management, hoping to benefit the human resource management of SMEs in our country.
