采用室内果实浸泡法与雨后田间调查相结合,研究探讨了影响枣裂果的主要因子。结果表明,裂果敏感性与坡向、坡度、品种、果实成熟期和用途以及果实表皮厚度有关,阳坡地果实裂果较阴坡地的轻,平地果实较荒坡地的轻;不同品种抗裂性差异极大;制干品种较鲜食和鲜干兼用品种抗裂;晚熟品种较中熟品种抗裂;果实表皮越厚越抗裂。而裂果敏感性与果实大小、形状、含糖量及角质层厚度无关。
The indoor fruit soaking method and field investigation after rain were combined to study the main factors affecting jujube cracking. The results showed that the susceptibility to split fruits was related to the aspect, grade, variety, fruit ripening period and use and the epidermis thickness of fruit. The fruit cracking on sunny slope was lighter than that on shady slope, and the flat fruit was lighter than the barren slope. Large; dry varieties of fresh and dry varieties of fresh and dry varieties of anti-cracking; late-maturing varieties cracking than medium-maturing varieties; fruit skin thicker crack more. However, the sensitivity of split fruits has nothing to do with the size, shape, sugar content and stratum corneum thickness.
