中国共青团在我国政治体制中占有极其重要的地位,但相关理论研究却很缺乏。近年来,随着大批具有共青团工作经历的干部纷纷活跃于中国政坛各个领域,共青团这一课题逐渐引起西方政治学界的重视。然而,出于固有的思维定势和研究理论的局限,西方学界主要从非正式政治的考量角度去探究共青团组织及其干部,较少从制度层面去关注其作为政治精英培养、输送的重要职能。本文介绍了西方政治学界关于共青团研究的理论依据、研究成果,并对其成果的理论适用性、研究对象、研究方法提出若干质疑。
The Chinese Communist Youth League occupies an extremely important position in the political system of our country, but the relevant theoretical research is scarce. In recent years, as a large number of cadres with CYL work experience have been active in all fields of Chinese political arena, the CYL issue has gradually drawn the attention of Western political scholars. However, due to the inherent limitation of thinking and the limitation of the research theory, the western academic circles mainly study the organizations of the Communist Youth League and their cadres from the angle of informal politics, and pay less attention to the important functions of cultivating and transporting the political elites from the institutional level . This paper introduces the theoretical basis and research results of the study of the Communist Youth League in the western political science community and puts forward some doubts about the theoretical applicability, research objects and research methods of its achievements.
