简要叙述了我国带电作业现状及４０ 多年来取得的成就。针对带电作业技术领域的主要问题，结合电力系统不断发展而对带电作业技术带来许多新的要求，参照国外经验，从６ 个方面提出了迎接２１ 世纪发展带电作业的建议，并提出了完成这些建议的主要措施
It briefly states the current situation of live working in our country and the achievements made over the past 40 years. In view of the main problems in the field of live working technology, combined with the continuous development of power system, it brings many new requirements for live working technology.
