孤东油田是我国投入开发的大型稠油疏松砂岩油藏，目前已进入特高含水期生产，综合含水94％，出砂严重，年产油312万吨。在地面生产系统中，采用了游离水脱除、液─液旋流污水除油、旋液环流式高含水除砂、三次采油注聚合物工艺及复合驱和稠油热采等配套工艺技术，实现了地面生产系统整体配套节能降耗，控水稳油，提高了油田的开发水平。
Gudong Oilfield is a large-scale heavy oil loose sandstone reservoir put into operation in China. At present, it has been produced in a period of extra-high water cut. Its comprehensive water content is 94%. The sand production is serious with an annual output of 3.12 million tons of oil. In the ground production system, using the free water removal, liquid ─ liquid swirling wastewater degreasing, hydrocyclone circulating high water-containing sand removal, tertiary recovery injection polymer technology and composite flooding and heavy oil thermal recovery and other supporting technology, The overall production of the ground system to achieve energy saving, water control, stabilizing oil, improve the level of development of the oil field.
