目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定水红花子配方颗粒中花旗松素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);采用乙腈-水(26∶74)作为流动相,流速为1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长为290 nm。结果花旗松素在0.092 8~0.556 9μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.68%。结论该方法操作易行、结果可靠、重复性好,可应用于水红花子配方颗粒中花旗松素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of taxifolin in water safflower granules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (26:74) with a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min -1. 30 ℃, detection wavelength is 290 nm. Results Taxifolin was linear in the range of 0.092 8-0.556 9 μg (r = 1) with an average recovery of 100.1% and a RSD of 0.68%. Conclusion The method is easy to operate with reliable results and good reproducibility. It can be applied to the determination of taxifolin in the granules of water safflower.
