链条分为两种,即滚子链和无声链。滚子链使用范围较广,例如驱动摩托车后轮的就是滚子链。滚子链是由多个链节组成的,每个链节的侧面是链节片,中间是滚子,各个链节之间用销子连接起来。滚子链的优点是摩擦损失小,但噪声略大一些,见图1。 无声链的优点是噪声低。无声链的结构和滚子链相似,唯一的差别是每个链节上的链节片非常多,互相紧挨着布置在滚子上。无声链
The chain is divided into two kinds, namely roller chain and silent chain. Roller chain using a wider range, for example, the rear wheel drive motorcycle is the roller chain. Roller chain is composed of a number of links, each link is a chain link on the side, the middle is a roller, each link between the pins connected. Roller chain has the advantage of friction loss, but the noise slightly larger, shown in Figure 1. The advantage of a silent chain is the low noise. The structure of a silent chain is similar to that of a roller chain. The only difference is that the number of chain links on each link is very large and the rollers are arranged next to each other.
