1、前言在高而形状均一的混凝土构筑物施工时,采用自升模板可减少起重机费用与施工时间。自升模板与滑升模板不同,采用滑模时,构筑物的成形过程是一个连续不断的延伸成形过程;而自升模板则用于分阶段浇筑,每次向上提升一段。因为这种方法是沿着混凝土壁面向上攀登,通常又称作“跃进式模板”。由于“跃进式模板”这一术语也用于借助起重机提升分段模板的施工。因此本文改用“自升模板”的名称。顾名思义,其模板提升不必借助起重机而是采用自升的
1. Introduction In the construction of high and uniform concrete structures, the use of self-rising formwork can reduce crane costs and construction time. The self-elevating formwork is different from the sliding formwork. When the sliding formwork is adopted, the forming process of the structure is a continuous and continuous forming process; and the self-elevation formwork is used for the staged pouring, and is lifted one time at a time. Because this method is to climb up the concrete wall, it is often called a “jumping template.” Because the term “jumping formwork” is also used to lift the construction of segmented forms by means of cranes. Therefore, this article uses the name of “self-elevation template” instead. As its name suggests, its template elevation does not have to rely on cranes but it is self-elevating.
