本文通过分析我省目前水资源管理体制和基层水资源管理队伍存在的现状及问题,结合新时期的特点,提出了加强基层水资源管理队伍建设对策。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems existing in the present water resources management system and grassroots water resources management team in our province and the characteristics of the new era, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of grassroots water resources management team.
