随着新课程改革的不断深入,素质教育成为中学物理教学的重点,而物理教学中学困生的转化工作是全面推进素质教育、及时有效提高教学质量的教学目标得以实现的根本。物理学困生的形成原因是多方面的,并非简单、片面的学生“不用功”或“脑子笨”。教师要从学生的实际情况出发,认识、分析和掌握学生学习物理时的心理特点和心理规律,对症下药、循序渐进,及时有效地帮助学生克服心理障碍,防止物理学困生的过多出现,帮助和教育学生更好地学习物理知识。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, quality education has become the focus of high school physics teaching. The transformation of middle school students from poor students in physics teaching is the fundamental goal of promoting quality education in an all-round way and effectively improving teaching quality. The reasons for the formation of students in physics are manifold, not simple, one-sided students “no work ” or “stupid ”.
